GymFactor is built around one job: logging. Here's what your first session looks like.
1. Answer a few questions
Tell GymFactor your goal, training experience, weekly schedule, and the equipment you have. It picks a split — Upper/Lower, Push/Pull/Legs, or Full Body — and builds a routine you can edit anytime.
2. Open it at the rack
Today's workout is already waiting: exercises, sets, and target weights filled in. From your second session on, every exercise also shows what you lifted last time.
3. Log each set in one tap
Weight and reps come pre-filled. Nudge them if you need to, tap once, and the set is saved. A guided rest timer starts automatically between sets.
4. Watch progress build itself
Every set feeds your strength score, per-exercise trend lines, weekly volume, and training heatmap — all stored on your device, no account needed.
